Organisation

National Hardware, founded by Abdul Kader Hussain, started its hardware business in 1991 and its associates, National Agencies (NA) came into being in 1995 and National Trading Co. (NTC) was founded in 2001. Both associates are partnership firms between Abdul Kader Hussain and his son, Arif Hussain. NA is a sole Goa distributor of Jaquar & Company Limited (Jaquar) for their entire product lines.

National Hardware was basically dealing in plumbing, carpenter tools and fixtures, paints, etc. It has since been closed since 2010 as the NA developed in its distribution business vertically and both the partners had to focus in the development and transactions of NA.

History

NA is an ISO 2001-2015, a member of Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a 5-Star rated firm by Just Dial, is Goa Distributor for Jaquar Group of Companies and Franke India Ltd. with a wide dealer networks throughout Goa. Apart from Complete Bathroom System products (CBS) NA has taken up distribution of Jaquar trade lights as well and doing retail and project sale of Jaquar commercial, decorative, chandeliers (Swarovski crystals & Murano glass), street and landscape lights. NA is also Goa distributor for Franke India Limited for their kitchen products.

NTC is Authorized Dealer for several tile companies; prominent among them are Somany Ceramics Ltd. RAK Ceramics, and other leading tile companies.
NA & NTC as a combined group today has two showrooms both in Margao; one is at Richville Apartments, N.H. No. 17,Navelim Road, Colmorod, Margao, Goa and the other is the latest one - the state-of-the-art showroom titled “Jaquar Dealership Showroom” combined with lights and tiles consisting of three floors at Crossroads Elite Court Complex, Eastern Express Bypass, Near Arlem Junction, Next to Pepsi Factory at Arlem, Fatorda, Margao, Goa. This showroom is situated on a premium location dotted with several car, bike, furniture, fashion and several other showrooms together with the latest restaurants.
